Roasted Goose With Sauerkraut

Here is good goose recipe if you are a sauerkraut fan.

Roasted Goose With Sauerkraut

1 wild goose, dressed
salt and pepper

Stuff the goose with sauerkraut and rub a little butter on the outside. Salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until tender. Serve the sauerkraut with the goose. The goose will not taste of sauerkraut; it only makes it moist and improves the flavor.
