Here’s a recipe for potato salad that will fill a 5 qt. ice cream bucket.
7 lbs. potatoes, peeled, shredded, cooked (16 cups)
12 eggs, cooked, shredded
1 medium onion, diced
2-1/4 c. celery, diced
4-1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/4 c. vinegar
4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 c. white sugar
Mix potatoes, eggs, onion and celery well. Add sauce to mixture. Best if mixed 12 hours before using.
