Spice Blend

There are many spice blends on the market that are designed for specific uses as well as all-purpose blends.  If you run out of a purchased blend or just want to experiment with making your own, here is one that can be used on any fish or meat.

5 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2 tsp mustard powder
2 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp dry crushed thyme leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp celery seeds, crushed

Combine all of the ingredients. Blend well and store the extra in an airtight container.
