Wild Turkey Fingers

You may not know where the fingers are on a turkey, but here’s a recipe for them. The PQ just told me they are located forward of the body part where you find the wings on a buffalo. That’s nice to know!

1 wild turkey breast
1 qt peanut oil
1 bottle ranch dressing
1 container parmesan cheese

Before cutting the breast into thin strips make sure you remove all the silver skin and connecting tissue. In a deep bowl, mix the ranch dressing and parmesan cheese really well. Dredge the turkey strips in this mixture and drop them into the peanut oil that you preheated to 400 degrees in a deep skillet. When the strips get an even golden brown color they are done.
