Back on September 2nd I posted a recipe for a homemade mustard. Here is a recipe for a sweet hot mustard for those who like their mustard a little sweeter and hotter.
1 c white vinegar
1 c ground mustard
1 c sugar
After mixing the white vinegar and dry mustard well, let it stand overnight. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add to the mustard mixture. Cook over medium heat, stiring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and coats the spoon. Allow to cool and pour into a glass container before refrigerating. For best taste, allow the mustard to set a few days before using.
