I fyou like to eat fish but can do witout the fishy smell, here’s a brine you can use to eliminate much of it.
1 gal water
2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp salt
Mix first 3 ingredients together; put fillets in solution. Soak 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator. Rinse under cold water. Prepare as you desire. This solution firms fish fillets and takes out the fishy smell.
