Beer Bread

Here’s a recipe for an easily made load of bread.

3 c self rising flour
5 Tbsp sugar
1 (12 oz) can beer, room temp

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. You can melt 1/2 stick butter, pouring over slits in top of loaf at 55 minutes, and return to oven for 5 to 7 additional minutes.
