Simplified Fish Skinning

If you would like to try an easy way of skinning a fish, try one of these methods.

Place the fish on the tines of a fork and hold it under the hottest water you can get from the faucet for about 20 seconds. Peel it like you would a banana.

If you have a camp fire, skewer the fish on a thin tree branch. Hot the fish over the flames for a few seconds before peeling like a banana.
