Here’s a good recipe for breakfast on your first hunting trip this coming fall.
1/2 c butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c chopped green onions
1/2 c of remains (leftovers) of any cold game or game bird
Mix and fry ingredients as for ordinary omelette. In a separate skillet combine meat and onions and heat. When omelette is done, spoon the game mixture over the top, fold and serve. You may add grated cheese as an option.
